Structure
Composed of a truck chassis, a main oil cylinder with a pull arm, an attached frame, a flip frame, a locking frame, a locking cylinder and a multi-way directional valve.
One end of the flip frame is attached to the chassis, the other end is equipped with a movable pull arm, and a locking system is installed in the middle. One end of the movable arm cylinder is connected to the movable arm, and the other end is connected to the attached frame.
Operation Principle
Use the retracting or extending of the main oil cylinder to make the movable arm drag the bottom trash bin to the attached frame or put it back to the ground from the attached frame.
The hydraulic system is powered by the gearbox and PTO, and the manual multi-way directional valve controls the outrigger cylinder and swing arm cylinder for telescopic movement.
The boom is connected to the bottom plate, the movable part of the boom cylinder is connected to the boom, and the fixed end is usually connected to the bottom plate; all the activities of the boom cylinder are rotated around the hinge point, so that both lifting and self-unloading of the garbage bin are done freely. At the same time, the stability of the vehicle is greatly improved.
The truck can do automatic loading and unloading, therefore reduces the investment of manpower.
The swing arm has a working cycle time of 60S, and the garbage bucket is separated from the truck, which realizes the operation of one truck and multiple buckets and cyclic transportation.
The truck has complete functions, simple structure, simple operation, solid and durable, low maintenance cost.
